3-5+ years of experience, may need to travel to different clients and perform bookkeeping duties pertaining to the clients needs. A strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Proficiency in Excel and Word and strong computer skills are a plus.
A/R – posting all deposits for client
A/P – posting all payables from vendors
Processing invoices to customers
Processing payroll and paying all payroll taxes by deadlines
Making sure all company taxes are paid by deadlines
Making adjusting journal entries
Reconcile monthly credit card and bank statements.
